Collaboration Priority Matrix
12 × 12 Discipline Intersection
Higher values indicate more critical joint investigation requirements for AHI resolution. The diagonal represents each discipline's internal coherence score (10/10). Off-diagonal values quantify the necessity of cross-disciplinary collaboration, with scores of 8 or above representing non-negotiable investigative partnerships.
How Collaboration Scores Are Determined
Hypothesis Mapping
Each discipline pair is evaluated against all six competing AHI hypotheses. Pairs that jointly contribute to more hypotheses receive higher base scores.
Methodological Complementarity
Disciplines with complementary methodologies (e.g., physics modeling + clinical phenotyping) receive higher scores than those with overlapping methods.
Evidence Convergence Potential
Pairs capable of producing jointly interpretable evidence nodes, where one discipline's output directly informs the other's analysis, receive the highest scores.
